I began my journey as a Chef in my 20's traveling all over the world exploring and learning international flavors and cuisine. To further my knowledge in food, I became a holistic nutritionist and later obtained my degree in culinary arts.
I created and opened Thrive Sauce & Bowls, a PDX local food truck & restaurant in 2012. It was from this international influenced food business, that Thrive Sauce Co began.
My vision is to create flavorful, cooking and finishing sauces to make delicious food with ease.
Additionally, all of my sauces are gluten-free, nut-free and vegan, cutting out the majority of ingredients that many people have found to be allegoric to.
My hope is that you enjoy them as much as I have in creating them.
