With olive oil, fresh is always best. That’s why we pick, press, and bottle all of our olive oil in the very same season — so you’re getting that “just-picked” flavor in every bottle. You’ll never find oil made from old olives, or oil made from anything other than — you guessed it — olives.
Drizzle: Hand picked in October, before the olives have ripened fully.
Sizzle: Harvested in December and January, when the olives are more mature.
Frizzle: We take all that delicious olive paste, press it again, and we make High Temperature oil.
