The coolest creature under the sea! One of my favorite snorkeling experiences was swimming with an octopus in Kauai, HI for at least 20 minutes, just watching him hunt & change colors.
My new “Sea Lion's Port” drawing has been a labor of love for a few months. Sea Lions are one of my favorite animals. Dog’s of the sea, they combine so many of my favorite things in one adorable mammal. When I visit their Oregon Coast haunts, I have to stay near or at least visit them. I could watch them for hours… As Newport, OR’s Bayfront offers my nearest guaranteed Sea Lion experience it was the perfect inspiration. It also has a stunning bridge & port full of fishing boats working our amazing Pacific Ocean, much like the Sea Lions they share the water with.
